A bulk deal for a SRF is a deal in which a large quantity of shares exchange hands. There are two parties to the transaction and one side buys and the other side sells the shares pertaining to SRF. After such a transaction is complete, every single detail about the transaction pertaining to SRF is presented to the exchange.
